Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow facility policies for medication administration.
• Report medication errors and complete related forms.
• Participate in surveys and quality assurance programs.
• Complete required forms, charts, and reports as needed.
• Attend care plan meetings and contribute to QA initiatives.
