Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or related field required.
• Current/licensed as a Licensed Dietitian (LD) and RD certification.
• One year of clinical nutrition experience or completion of CCF Dietetic Internship Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy and counseling to patients.
• Implement nutrition care plans, follow-up, and maintain documentation.
• Write diet orders, initiate nutrient intake assessments, and review labs and progress notes.
• Inform physicians of patient nutritional status and need for diet changes.
• Create and revise education materials and support internship/supervision programs.
