Job summary

Cleveland Clinic in Las Vegas is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide patient-first, individualized medical nutrition therapy in a PRN role. You will develop nutrition plans, educate patients, document progress and collaborate with physicians to support optimal outcomes.

You will implement diet orders, assess nutritional status, monitor labs, and contribute to program development while precepting interns and supporting the dietetic internship program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or a related field.
• Licensed Dietitian (LD)
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy and counseling to patients.
• Implement nutrition care plans and maintain follow-up documentation.
• Write diet orders, assess nutrition intake and review labs.
• Inform physicians about patient nutritional status and diet changes.
• Create and revise patient education materials and participate in program development.
• Precept and supervise dietetic interns as part of the internship program.
