Job summary

SurgCenter of Plano, an USPI affiliate, seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our ambulatory surgery team in Plano, TX. The role offers weekday hours with no holidays, weekends, nights, or on‑call duties.

You will scrub for procedures, maintain sterile technique, prepare instruments and supplies, and support quality improvement while collaborating with physicians and staff to deliver high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with staff and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for surgical procedures and maintain a sterile field during operations.
• Prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Support the surgical team and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Contribute to a supportive, patient‑centered outpatient environment.
