Responsibilities

Greet customers in a polite, positive manner and anticipate needs.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the area or event.
Set up, monitor, refresh, and break-down catered event according to group requirements and management direction.
Restock items for next service and store reusable items properly.
Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and alert management when needed.
Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them to the manager.
