Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; entry-, mid-, and experienced candidates welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong listening skills.
• Ability to handle high volume calls in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions over the phone.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs and guiding customers through the process.
• Work in a fast-paced call center with emphasis on inside sales and building relationships.
