Anthropologie Weddings at Devon, PA is seeking a part-time Stylist to elevate the customer experience through expert styling, clienteling, and appointment-based services. You will support leadership in delivering an authentic, high-touch in-store experience that reflects the Anthropologie Weddings brand.

You will partner with the team to drive sales, mentor peers on service and selling strategies, and help maintain a visually compelling store.

Qualifications

Brand fan of Anthropologie & Anthropologie Weddings.
Experience in customer service and clienteling.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values.
Contributes to service and selling culture with authentic connections and styling advice.
Utilizes technology to provide a frictionless client experience and upsell where appropriate.
Inspires the team through creativity, outfitting, and positive leadership.
Collaborates with leadership, sharing ideas and participating in store initiatives.
Mentors service and selling strategies to reach goals.
Maintains a visually compelling store, organized and aligned with weekly objectives.
Identifies business-driving styling opportunities and measures impact on sales.
Upholds safety standards and store policies to support profitability.
Fosters client relationships through outreach and events.
