URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Shop Manager for the Anthropologie Weddings shop in Buffalo, NY. You will direct selling, service, and operations to create an engaging store environment and drive sales through personalized styling and exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead and support the team, collaborate with Visual Merchandising, and ensure payroll, inventory, and safety standards uphold store profitability. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
