Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking an Anthropologie Weddings stylist to support leadership in elevating the customer experience and building lasting client connections in our Portland store. This part-time role focuses on styling, client outreach, and appointment bookings to drive sales.

You will work with the team to deliver exceptional service, educate about outfits, and contribute to a positive in-store atmosphere with a focus on driving engagement and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Anthro and Anthro Weddings brand fan.
• Experience in customer service and clienteling.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: act as a brand representative and provide expert styling advice and product recommendations to create a personalized shopping experience.
• Leadership + Team Management: mentor service and selling strategies to hit monthly goals and support store initiatives.
• Visual + Business Operations: maintain a visually compelling store, support weekly objectives, and uphold safety and inventory standards.
• Communication + Relationships: share product knowledge, engage clients, and build ongoing relationships through events and follow-ups.
