Job summary

Anthropologie Weddings in Houston is seeking a Senior Stylist to drive sales and curate a personalized, brand-driven in-store experience. You will support leadership with selling, service, and daily operations while mentoring the stylist team.

You will lead by example in clienteling, styling, and delivering extraordinary service, while upholding store visuals, safety, and inventory processes to maximize profitability. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

• Mentor service and selling strategies to help achieve monthly goals.
• Maintain a visually compelling store and support weekly objectives related to customer service and styling.
• Foster relationships with clients through outreach, appointments, and store events.
