Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting the company values and partners with leadership to create an engaging in-store experience.
• Leads by example in selling culture, provides individual styling attention, and demonstrates strong conversion to reach goals.
• Uses technology to enable frictionless client experiences and in‑store transactions, supporting education and clienteling.
• Mentors service and selling strategies, contributing to monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
