Anthropologie Weddings is seeking a part-time stylist in Frisco, Texas, to elevate the customer experience and drive sales through styling, client outreach, and appointments. You will support leadership, mentor staff, and ensure a visually appealing store environment while delivering personalized service.

In this role you’ll engage clients with expert styling, build lasting relationships, and contribute to weekly store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and clienteling.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in Anthro Weddings brand and customer experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Act as a brand representative, provide expert styling and personalized product recommendations.
• Leadership + Team Management: Inspire the team, participate in daily meetings and store initiatives, mentor selling strategies.
• Visual + Business Operations: Maintain a visually compelling, organized store and support weekly store objectives.
• Communication + Relationships: Share product knowledge, connect with clients, and engage in outreach and events.
