Anthropologie Weddings in Philadelphia seeks a Merchandise Assistant to support daily operations of the Weddings buying area and assist the Buyer and Associate Buyer. You will manage web photo sample requests, support development, coordinate samples, and communicate updates to cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• 1–2 years of retail experience or internship.

Responsibilities

• Own web turnover: manage web photo sample request process.
• Support product development through sample management.
• Request presentation samples for PR, web photo, and meetings; ensure timely, organized delivery.
• Track, ship, receive, and return samples to vendors promptly.
• Communicate changes to cross-functional teams and partners.
• Conduct weekly web audits to verify styles/colors and report issues.
