Anthropologie Weddings is hiring a part-time stylist at our Dania Beach, FL location to elevate the customer experience through styling and personalized service. You will support leadership, mentor team members, and help meet monthly sales goals with a strong clienteling focus.

Responsibilities include delivering expert styling, leveraging technology for seamless transactions, and maintaining an inviting store environment that reflects brand standards.

Qualifications

• Anthro and Anthro Weddings brand fan.
• Experience in customer service and clienteling.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador reflecting Anthropologie Weddings values.
• Provide expert styling advice and create personalized client experiences.
• Utilize in-store tech to upsell and transact, supporting clienteling and education.
• Mentor service and selling strategies with leadership to hit monthly goals.
• Maintain a visually appealing, organized store and support weekly objectives.
• Foster relationships with clients through outreach and store events.
