Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ with BASSET certificate.
• Minimum of one year of bartending experience in a restaurant, catering, or related service.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and ability to craft drink menus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages according to venue standards.
• Check identification and ensure alcohol service complies with laws and venue policies.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar before, during, and after events.
• Set up and break down bar areas as needed.
• Wash, sanitize, and polish glassware per standards.
• Monitor inventory and report restocking needs.
