Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Shape the Future of Digital Healthcare Access

We're hiring a UX Strategy Manager to help lead the execution of a multi-year digital roadmap that reimagines how people seek and access care online. This role focuses on web strategy and optimization — identifying pain points, defining business requirements, and translating data into powerful user experiences that drive measurable results.

As a key contributor to our Digital Strategy team, you’ll be at the center of a highly cross-functional collaboration with marketing, content, analytics, UX, and product teams. Your work will directly impact how people interact with critical healthcare information, helping them find care faster and more easily.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute and support a multi-year digital roadmap focused on improving website performance and care-seeker experience.
  • Identify and optimize high-impact areas of the site that directly influence audience engagement, search behavior, and conversion.
  • Develop clear, actionable business requirements grounded in audience research and user journey mapping.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities, gather insights, and translate needs into digital strategies.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and recommend ways to differentiate our digital experience.
  • Leverage behavioral and performance data (e.g., Google Analytics, Heap) to inform decisions and measure KPIs.
  • Promote a testing and experimentation mindset; contribute to A/B testing and CRO efforts to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Create strategic presentations and reports that clearly communicate vision, recommendations, and progress.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and paid media teams to ensure consistent, connected digital journeys across all channels.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years in web or UX strategy, digital marketing, or website management, especially in customer journey optimization.
  • Experience with journey mapping, audience research, KPI optimization, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Strong capability in interpreting data, identifying insights, and shaping strategies that drive results.
  • Comfortable building and managing stakeholder relationships across departments — you thrive in a collaborative, non-siloed environment.
  • Skilled at developing business requirements and guiding projects from concept to execution.
  • A natural problem solver with a testing mindset—interested in experimentation, learning, and iteration.
  • Empathy-driven—you're passionate about the user experience and improving outcomes for people seeking care.
  • Experience in healthcare is not required—we value diverse industry backgrounds and transferable skills.
