Responsibilities
- Lead development, management, and execution of the organization’s websites including multiple affiliate sites.
- Manage daily updates to the website and location pages for all physical locations of the Chapters Health System.
- Develop and edit content throughout the year in alignment with organizational initiatives and marketing themes.
- Stay up-to-date on new digital marketing and website management tools and implement best practices.
- Develop a global plan for website optimization to increase web traffic.
- Generate monthly reports with key metrics on website performance (Google Analytics, paid search, SEO, SEM).
- Monitor review sites and respond to inquiries on the website contact form.
- Lead maintenance and content updates on the internal website, Lifelines.
- Collaborate with corporate communications and other program leaders to understand business needs, recommend new digital marketing initiatives, and report results.
Experience & Education
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or website management, including search engine optimization and content development.
- Experience with WordPress; basic HTML knowledge required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Primarily seated work, with occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Requires good visual acuity and the ability to operate a computer.
- Must be able to drive distances including freeways when necessary.
Compensation
Pay range: $66,064.10 - $99,096.71.
