Job summary

Market My Market is seeking a Website Development Project Manager to streamline client onboarding, manage WordPress website projects, and act as the bridge between clients and internal teams.

The role focuses on coordinating timelines, deliveringwp updates, and ensuring quality handoffs while fostering strong client relationships in a fully remote, US-based environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in digital marketing or web development
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress including direct page updates
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for website updates and troubleshooting
• Ability to make coding adjustments as needed
• Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
• Strong client-facing experience and ability to manage expectations
• Ability to work directly in WordPress admin, content updates, plugin configurations, and basic customizations
• Basic understanding of website development processes and digital marketing principles

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Proactively prompt clients for approvals and feedback to maintain project momentum
• Oversee website development projects from inception to launch
• Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate resources across departments to ensure project requirements are met
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Website Development Project Manager

Market My Market is a digital marketing agency focused on providing outstanding SEO results for clients in the Legal, Dental, and specialty medical industries.

This is Project Manager role designed to streamline client onboarding processes, manage website development projects, and serve as a key liaison between clients and our internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, client-facing experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions.

This project manager will be a key part of the Client Experience team at Market My Market and will help make sure that new clients have new WordPress websites online and ready to go in order to start their recurring SEO marketing efforts as soon as possible.

Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
