Job summary

Lumistry seeks a Digital Implementation Specialist to build, test, and launch customer websites and digital products. You will ensure accuracy, functionality, and polished presentation across desktop and mobile, while supporting ongoing digital operations.

You will migrate content, resolve discrepancies, and help improve templates, standards, and build resources. Strong ownership and attention to detail are essential in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience creating, editing, or maintaining websites.
• Experience using AI-powered tools and comfort adopting new technology.
• Strong attention to detail with visual, content, and functional consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, queues, and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and learn new tools independently.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy customer websites in Replit following Lumistry standards and customer requirements.
• Review builds for visual accuracy, layout consistency, and content quality; adjust as needed.
• Migrate content, imagery, services, and functionality; resolve gaps before launch.
• Test functionality and responsiveness on desktop and mobile; verify navigation, forms, and integrations.
• Maintain QA standards and look for improvements in design, usability, accessibility, and visitor experience.
• Support large-scale migrations and other digital initiatives for various projects.
• Create, test, and improve website templates, standards, and build resources.
• Meet production goals, timelines, and SLAs.
