Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a Website Specialist to manage and optimize content on ServiceExperts.com, focusing on location details, coupons, branding, service pages, and blog posts to enhance usability and customer journeys.

You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate brand-aligned content, support SEO initiatives, and improve local listings and organic visibility across our digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

2-5 years of website content management or digital marketing experience.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal) or listing management tools.
Basic understanding of UTM tracking and Google Analytics.
Experience working with creative or web development agencies is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Working knowledge of SEO and local search optimization.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day content updates on ServiceExperts.com with a focus on usability and customer journey.
Improve on-site experience, ensuring content is mobile-friendly and accurate.
Coordinate with channel owners to align content with campaigns and branding.
Serve as secondary point of contact for website and SEO agencies, managing timelines and deliverables.
Support on-page SEO with content structure, metadata, internal linking, and local SEO.
Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities to improve organic visibility.
