Liaison Creative + Marketing is hiring a Webinar Program Manager to own customer-facing webinars for a global tech leader with the Commercial Client Marketing team. You will turn campaign strategy into content plans, then pull together speakers, Product Marketing, Brand and Creative, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Legal to launch the sessions. Formats vary across live sessions, recorded programs, and fireside chats, so you may open a session on camera or stay behind the scenes.
This role starts hybrid (Austin, Texas) and will move to five days onsite sometime in 2027; candidates must be in the Austin area to be considered.

- Host sessions when the format calls for it, handling speaker introductions, transitions, and audience Q&A, and troubleshoot live issues as they come up.
- Coordinate campaign setup, lead capture, routing, and on-demand publishing with Campaign Managers, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
- Report on registration, attendance, engagement, and lead quality, then bring leadership clear recommendations and next steps.
