Foursets, a fully remote Webflow design, development, and SEO agency, is seeking a Webflow Developer to translate Figma into production Webflow sites. You will collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients, adding custom code where Webflow defaults fall short and ensuring the client’s marketing team can manage the site post-launch.

Requirements include 5+ years of development, Webflow production experience, and familiarity with Finsweet libraries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Strong hands-on Webflow expertise with custom code integration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with Finsweet libraries and tools.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client websites on Webflow with high-quality, responsive design.
• Customize sites with custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to meet specific client needs.
• Collaborate closely with the design and project teams on goals, timelines, and execution.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, share progress, and ensure alignment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with site functionality and performance.

Ship Webflow websites that look great and run cleanly

We're looking for a Webflow Developer who treats every build as a long-term asset, not a one-off project. You'll work directly with designers, project managers, and clients to translate Figma into production Webflow sites. Custom code where Webflow's defaults aren't enough. Clean component architecture so the client's marketing team can actually manage their site after launch.

What you'll own

• Develop and maintain client websites on Webflow with high-quality, responsive design.

You might be a fit if you have

• At least 5 years of professional web development experience, with strong hands-on Webflow expertise including custom code integration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• A proven track record of developing and launching production websites on Webflow.
• Experience with Finsweet libraries and tools.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and meet deadlines.

Bonus points if you

• Have English proficiency at B1+.
• Have experience with SEO optimization and website performance tools (Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed).
• Are familiar with other web development platforms and CMS tools.
• Have worked with GSAP or Lottie for animations.
