Webnomads, Inc. is seeking a Webflow-focused developer to turn Figma designs into production-ready websites. You will deliver responsive, pixel-perfect implementations with clean code structures and maintain Webflow CMS collections across projects.

• Strong CSS (flexbox, grid, custom properties) and polished details.
• Proven ability to build scalable, reusable components across pages.

• Build complete, production-quality Webflow websites from Figma designs
• Create responsive, pixel-perfect implementations with clean code structure
• Structure and manage Webflow CMS collections
• Develop reusable components and scalable layout patterns
• Implement custom interactions and animations
• Optimize for performance, Core Web Vitals basics, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility
• Maintain consistent, logical class naming and clean project architecture
• Collaborate closely with designers and clients
• Contribute to improving team workflows, standards, and build quality

who are you?

Webflow

• 1+ year of hands-on Webflow experience
• Strong command of Webflow Designer, CMS (complex collections, filters, relations)
• Advanced responsive design and layout skills
• Deep understanding of Webflow best practices and common limitations
• Solid semantic HTML - you write clean, accessible markup that supports SEO and screen readers
• Strong CSS - fluent with flexbox, grid, custom properties, responsive typography, and polish details
• Proven ability to build and maintain scalable, maintainable structures (beyond one-off pages)
• Good English and Polish communication (B2+ level) - you can clearly explain your decisions and collaborate in async/remote environments
• Building reusable components – you create and maintain modular, reusable elements (symbols, components, or structured classes) that scale across pages and projects
• Familiarity with Client-First, Lumos, or similar naming/structure frameworks
• Work with Finsweet attributes or custom attributes for enhanced functionality
• Understanding of performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
