Job summary

Foursets is a fully remote Webflow agency focused on building SEO-driven websites for B2B SaaS. We seek a Senior SEO Specialist with 5+ years of commercial experience to lead technical SEO, content strategy, and semantic analysis on client engagements.

You will own technical audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization, collaborating with a remote team to drive rankings and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO audits and address crawlability, indexing, and site performance issues.

• Develop SEO-optimized content briefs for copywriters and publish content when needed.
• Implement on-page optimization: meta tags, headers, alt tags, internal links.
• Track and report SEO performance via GA and Search Console; surface growth opportunities.

Own SEO execution alongside design and development

We’re looking for a senior SEO Specialist with at least 5 years of commercial experience. You’ll work on B2B SaaS websites where SEO is treated as a pipeline channel, not a vanity report. Expect to lead technical SEO, content strategy, and semantic analysis on real client engagements.

If you want to see your audits and content briefs translate directly into rankings on a website you helped scope, this is the seat.

What you’ll own

• Technical SEO support. Run technical audits and address issues with crawlability, indexing, and site performance.
• Keyword research and clustering. Build a comprehensive semantic core that identifies optimization opportunities and informs new content.
• Content briefs. Develop detailed, SEO-optimized briefs for copywriters. Review, edit, and publish content on the website when needed.
• On-page optimization. Implement on-page best practices: meta tags, header structure, alt tags, internal linking.
• Performance monitoring. Track and report SEO performance via Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Analyze user behavior, organic traffic, and rankings to surface insights and growth opportunities.

You might be a fit if you have

• At least 5 years of commercial SEO experience.
• A solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with SEO tools: Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Semrush, SurferSEO.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in staying updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Bonus points if you

• Have English proficiency at B1+.
• Have hands-on experience with Webflow CMS.
• Have worked in a marketing agency before.
• Have promoted websites in the US and EU markets.
