Your Role:

Drive excellence through technical expertise and innovation. Manage water/wastewater construction projects from initial budget to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding client needs.
• Utilize software to process and track project documentation.
• Negotiate subcontractor and material buyouts, develop subcontracts.
• Plan and schedule projects effectively.
• Manage ongoing projects, including subcontractor coordination and quality assurance.
• Control project costs through ongoing evaluation and forecasting.
• Perform project closeout procedures.
• Manage projects valued between $20-$50 million.
• Lead through relationship building, motivation, and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
• Provide training and mentorship to less experienced personnel.
• Possess significant field experience in water/wastewater construction, with strong construction knowledge and personnel management skills.
• Prioritize safety in all work activities.

Who You Are: A Profile of Success

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of relevant water/wastewater construction management experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Office suite, and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
