Are you looking to start your career at a fast-growing company? Webber, a leader in construction and infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic Scheduler to join our team.

Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation. The Scheduler supports project teams in planning, developing, and updating bid schedules, baseline schedules, and monthly project updates.

What You Will Do:

• Provide training on planning/scheduling practices and support P6 software usage.
• Support the development and approval of baseline schedules.
• Assist in identifying project risks and opportunities during planning and execution.
• Support monthly schedule updates, including actuals, plans, and narratives.
• Review and analyze schedule quality, best practices, and contractual compliance.
• Consolidate and report schedule data for management review.
• Assist with delay or claim management using schedule analysis (Time Impact Analysis).
• Create presentations with graphs and diagrams to illustrate project status.
• Assist estimating and operations with bid schedule development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are: A Profile of Success

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• At least 1 year of project scheduling experience.
• 2-4 years of total experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for schedule development and management.
• Knowledge of critical path methodology for timely milestone delivery.
• Ability to create and manage Work Breakdown Structures in P6.
• Experience with Deltek Acumen Fuse is a plus.
• Federal or DOT project experience is a plus.
• Experience as a Construction Project Engineer managing quantities, costs, and schedules is a plus.
