Job summary

Ferrovial, via its Webber subsidiary, seeks a Project Manager to lead highway and bridge construction efforts in the United States. • Supervise, manage, and direct personnel selection, training, development, and work assignments.
• Plan and execute projects according to specifications, budgets, and schedules, while anticipating and resolving conflicts.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and daily field activities to ensure optimal project progression.
• Provide leadership through example, knowledge sharing, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Your Role

Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation. The Project Manager is the cornerstone of our construction projects, ensuring that every aspect is meticulously planned and executed. You will take ownership of the project P&L and be responsible for the successful completion of highway and bridge construction projects.
