Job Description:

Position Summary

Assist in maintaining the landscapes of our clients.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform basic landscape maintenance such as trimming, edging, weed pulling, mulching, litter control, hedge trimming, and spot fertilization.
• Use small gas tools for maintenance tasks like replacing filters, blades, and cleaning carburetors.
• Recognize and report issues with irrigation systems, including broken heads and dry spots.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read plans, material lists, and guidelines, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year related experience.

Work Conditions/Physical Demands

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Reaching, bending, squatting, walking.
• Availability for emergency response, overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
