Are you passionate about supporting project success and fostering innovation? Webber seeks a dynamic IT Specialist to join our team.

Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation

The IT Specialist reports to the IT Manager and provides customer-focused support including end-user assistance, device setup, network configuration, and troubleshooting.

What You Will Do:
  • Set up job sites, install Starlink, and configure LAN/WAN networks for mobilization
  • Manage regional office IT needs, including peripherals and conference room AV systems
  • Onboard new user equipment and deliver it accordingly
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist users via remote support tools like TeamViewer
  • Train personnel on in-house systems if needed
  • Support printers and mobile devices (Android, iOS)
  • Coordinate printer services and warranty repairs with vendors
  • Maintain compliance with company policies in service delivery
  • Track activities in incident management systems (ServiceNow/Freshservice)
  • Manage inventory of hardware, software, and mobile devices
  • Document sites, equipment, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Who You Are: A Profile of Success
  • Minimum five years in IT support roles; certifications like A+, N+, MCP, MCSA, or ITIL are preferred but not required
  • Proficient in hardware/software support, troubleshooting (Windows OS), networking, and Office 365
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to troubleshoot and visualize solutions
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills; fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Organized with good time management and problem-solving skills
