Job Description

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

Works from plans to build, assemble, fit together, align, plumb, and set in place forms for molding concrete structures.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Checks forms during concrete placement.
• Directs others in stripping forms after concrete is set.
• May install miscellaneous materials integral to concrete structures.
• May install precast concrete elements.
• Prepares for slipforming traffic rail and median barrier.
• May install permanent metal deck forms.
• Works with power tools as needed.
• Performs other duties that enhance company operations.

• Follows all safety policies and reports unsafe activities.
• Participates in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Provides leadership through example and knowledge sharing.

Education And Experience

• Less than a High School Diploma.
