BNB Chain is seeking a hands-on Tech Ops Intern to support Web3 users, operations across community platforms, blockchain infrastructure, and AI-powered support workflows. The role blends technical triage, product development, and cross-time-zone coordination.

You will help operate Telegram and Discord communities, triage node/RPC issues, develop Telegram Bots, and help improve the AI knowledge base with structured questions and workflows. Strong communication and quick learning are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Working knowledge of Web3 and public blockchain ecosystems.
• Familiarity with RPC usage and troubleshooting.
• Experience operating Telegram and Discord communities or support channels.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
• Ability to develop and maintain Telegram Bots and Mini Apps.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Availability to work five days per week.

Aufgaben

• Operate Web3 community and support channels (Telegram/Discord) and respond to user questions.
• Triage issues involving nodes, RPC, chain sync; gather logs and reproduction steps.
• Develop, maintain, test, and troubleshoot Telegram Bots and Telegram Mini Apps.
• Improve AI Support knowledge base with structured questions and workflows.
• Respond quickly to urgent issues and coordinate across teams.
• Document investigations and solutions for recurring issues.
