Job summary

Flight3 is seeking a results-driven social media lead to manage end-to-end execution for up to five client accounts, shaping each brand’s digital presence across X, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.

You will plan content, create native formats, edit short-form videos, and collaborate with internal creative, design and strategy teams using CapCut, Descript, Canva and Figma.

A Web3 native style, strong copy, and multibrand agility are required to move fast in a dynamic marketing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media management
• Experience managing multiple brands or clients
• Strong copywriting for Web3 native content
• Experience editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, Descript)
• Design capability using Canva or Figma
• Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Buffer, Sprout, Hypefury)

Responsibilities

• Managing and executing social content calendars across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok/YouTube Shorts
• Creating native content across formats: memes, threads, carousels, short-form video clips, infographics
• Editing short-form videos for social using CapCut, Descript, or similar tools
• Designing simple graphics from brand templates (Canva, Figma)
• Localising tone and format per client brand and audience
• Collaborating with internal creative, design, and strategy teams
• Analysing performance data and iterating accordingly
• Managing client approvals and feedback cycles independently and professionally
