Job summary

Plus500 is seeking a full-time Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our web-based trading and client platform from our Itasca, IL office. You will bridge product strategy with technology and financial markets to enhance how traders and partners interact with Plus500US products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience working with trading platforms.
• Proven experience delivering web-based products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading workflows.
• Ability to translate product strategy into clear product specifications.
• A proactive multi-tasker and collaborative team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high standards of servicing internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of web-based trading experiences for futures and options.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable fintech products.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
• Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive user experiences for traders and partners.
• Coordinate with compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Support integration of market access technologies, including order routing and APIs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop solutions for IBs, fintech partners, and institutional clients.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and usability.
• Stay up to date with trends in trading technology, fintech platforms, and derivatives markets.
