Job summary

The candidate will work with engineering, design, compliance, risk, and business teams to deliver scalable fintech products and ensure a strong trader-focused user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with trading platforms or financial technology products.
• Proven experience delivering web-based products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading workflows.
• Ability to translate product strategy into clear technical requirements and user stories.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong product and user-experience mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of web-based trading experiences for futures and options.
• Partner with engineering to build scalable fintech products.
• Translate business needs into requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with design to create intuitive trader experiences.
• Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements with compliance and risk teams.
• Support integrations involving market access technology, order routing, and APIs.
• Develop solutions for introducing brokers, fintech partners, and institutional clients.
• Monitor product performance and improve conversion, engagement, usability.
