Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum experience in web strategy, on-page and technical SEO, project management, or related fields.
• Introduce and manage SEO initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Web Performance Manager to align SEO strategy with Fortra goals.
• Analyze web performance with product marketing and craft action plans.
• Execute technical and on-page SEO, including keyword strategy and backlink analysis.
• Conduct SEO audits and maintain best practices across sites.
• Monitor crawlability, indexability, site structure, and page load speed.
• Collaborate with paid media to unify search strategies.
• Identify gaps using competitor data and drive optimization.
• Assist in integrating new web tools and migrations.
