Google is seeking a Web Solutions Engineer on the YouTube Business Technology team to design and deliver scalable full-stack web solutions that improve efficiency for the YouTube ecosystem.
You will work with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, produce design docs, review code in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python/Java/C++, and contribute to data pipelines; US location options include Mountain View, New York, or San Bruno; competitive compensation includes 15% bonus target and equity.

As a Web Solutions Engineer on the YouTube Business Technology team, you will be responsible for managing solutions that make the broader YouTube organization more efficient. Your efforts will launch quickly and have an immediate and obvious impact on those around you. You’ll be working as a part of an engineering team responsible for developing and supporting tools, prototyping proofs of concept, and writing/reviewing technical design documents to meet the needs of our services teams. You will adhere to Google’s software development best practices and work in close partnership with other project/product management and engineering teams.
We are a team that provides efficient and delightful solutions for our support communities to increase the loyalty of the ecosystem of YouTube users. The team designs and develops a variety of tools and systems that are used by YouTube support agents, partners, and users.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $128000 - $184000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
