Job summary

Florida Department of Health in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Computer Programmer Analyst I to support the ACHD IT Department across 10 county health departments. You will perform webmaster duties, update intranet and internet sites, and assist with SharePoint maintenance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience in scripting and application development
• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and dashboards
• Familiar with shared intranet/internet site maintenance and documentation

Responsibilities

• Perform webmaster duties for all sites as assigned and coordinate with content managers
• Update and maintain ACHD/DOH intranet and internet sites using the approved CMS
• Assist in updates to SharePoint sites and provide maintenance requests support
• Develop and maintain knowledge base reflecting current IT issues and solutions
• Program dashboards/reports and provide training for proper use of tools
• Prepare system documentation as assigned by IT Director
• Provide backup desktop support and troubleshoot hardware/software problems
• Ensure information security and protect confidential data per DOH/ACHD policies
