Job summary

Civicworks seeks a Computer Programmer Analyst I to support 10 County Health Departments within the Florida Department of Health. The role performs webmaster duties, maintains SharePoint and intranet sites, develops programming and scripting for reports and dashboards, and provides technical support to county health departments.

The position requires information security management, coordination with IT staff, and training on system implementations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• 1 year IT experience with application development.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps).
• Knowledge of scripting and programming logic and application development.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor and resolve problems with distributed systems components and applications.
