Job summary

UIC Government Services and the Bowhead Family of Companies seeks a Web/SharePoint Developer (MIELS) to support a Stafford, VA client. The role covers program management, logistics, asset management, cybersecurity, and 24x7 enterprise operations.

You will manage multiple sites, implement workflows, and design web-based solutions to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate has a technical BA/BS, 3+ years’ experience, and SharePoint expertise across Online and 2016/2019.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in website administration or related field.
• DOD 8570 requirements for IAT I.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and jQuery.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with JSOM and REST API.
• Understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and content management.
• Experience with custom web part development and WSP.

WEB/SHAREPOINT DEVELOPER (MIELS):

Bowhead is seeking Web/SharePoint Developers to support a customer in Stafford, VA. Support for the contract will consist of program management; logistics; asset management; engineering; customer service; research and development of new capabilities; test and evaluation; manpower, training, and personnel; new equipment fielding and training; financial management; information assurance; cybersecurity; and 24X7 enterprise services operations and sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain multiple websites, including MKG, HighPoint, Entitlements Management, iSToRE, and Intel Division. Responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks, including permissions management, site navigation management, metrics collection and analysis, page, and design changes, and troubleshooting issues.
• Develop, configure, and maintain web sites and applications.
• Design and implement web-based solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
• Perform system integrations and implement workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web applications.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and training materials.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks.

• Preferred: Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

Physical Demands:

The pay scale for this position is between $140,000 - $170,000.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED:Must currently hold a security clearance at theTop Secret/SCI level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Top Secret clearance at this location.
