Job summary

S Piper Staffing LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Content Publisher to support a growing direct-to-consumer eCommerce business. This role publishes content across web properties and collaborates with Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Content, and eCommerce teams.

Remote or Hybrid work with availability during Pacific Time business hours, approximately 12 months. You will build and publish content on homepages, product pages, landing pages, and editorial content, perform QA, track work in Jira,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with a CMS and content publishing in eCommerce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platforms.
• 1+ year of web publishing in retail or apparel.

Responsibilities

• Build and publish content across homepages, product pages, landing pages and editorial content.
• Perform QA to ensure accuracy, functionality, and cross-device consistency.
• Monitor and manage work in Jira, meeting timelines and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Content, and eCommerce teams.
• Support content maintenance and optimization with SEO and accessibility best practices.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Publisher to support a growing direct-to-consumer eCommerce business. This individual will play a key role in maintaining and publishing digital content across web properties, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Content, and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and publish content across website pages, including homepages, product detail pages, landing pages, and editorial content.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
• Monitor and manage assigned work within Jira, meeting agreed-upon timelines and service levels.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to implement content updates, revisions, and enhancements.
• Support website content maintenance and ongoing optimization efforts.
• Apply web best practices related to SEO, accessibility, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working within a Content Management System (CMS).
• Experience supporting eCommerce websites or digital storefronts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platforms.
• At least 1 year of Web Publishing experience in the retail or apparel industry.
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools is preferred.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
