ABOUT THE POSITION

Pacific World Corporation (PWC) is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and strategic Ecommerce Manager to oversee and elevate our digital shelf presence across our growing portfolio of leading beauty and personal care brands (including Nails.INC, Trim, Holler & Glow, and Dippity Do). This role drives end-to-end content execution, manages key retailer platforms (Amazon 1P/3P, Walmart.com, Target.com, and Shopify DTC), and partners with external agencies to optimize retail media budgets and performance marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Platform Operations: Manage daily operations and growth strategy of brand storefronts across major retail platforms, with an emphasis on DTC US, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and Target.com.
  • DTC Site Management: Manage and operate the brand's DTC storefront (Shopify), including site operations, content updates, merchandising, and promotions.
  • Product Launches: Coordinate digital readiness for new product launches, seasonal collections, and innovations.
  • Listing Health: Monitor listing health, buy box ownership, and pricing parity; identify and resolve unauthorized 3P seller issues or listing suppressions.
  • Inventory Alignment: Work with Demand Planning and Operations to monitor stock health, flag out-of-stock risks, and adjust promotional strategy according to shipping windows.
Content & Digital Shelf Optimization
  • Content Syndication: Oversee product content syndication using Salsify (PIM) to ensure accurate, optimized, and compliant listings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Regulatory teams to gather assets, organize creative briefs, and align on messaging priorities.
  • SEO & Conversion: Lead SEO optimization efforts including product titles, bullet points, backend search terms, A+ content, and brand store updates to maximize conversion.
  • Digital Shelf Monitoring: Use analytics tools (e.g., Pacvue) to audit listing quality, track share of voice, and evaluate competitive search rankings.
Performance Marketing & Retail Media
  • Agency Management: Partner with external digital advertising agencies to guide, review, and optimize Search and DSP (Demand Side Platform) campaigns.
  • Budget Tracking: Manage retail media budgets and analyze key digital shelf metrics (CPC, ROAS, ACoS, and TACoS) to ensure performance and ROI.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate advertising coverage, promotional timelines, and media spend for retail events (e.g., Prime Day, Big Spring Sale, Back to School, and Holiday Beauty Hauls).
Ecommerce Team Operations & Process Improvement
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the Ecommerce team on sales reporting, promotional planning, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Process Tracking: Maintain and streamline team project trackers, meeting agendas, action items, and content calendars to ensure execution deadlines are met.
  • Workflow Optimization: Establish and refine scalable ecommerce workflows, compliance templates, and file structures.
  • Team Development: Build internal team expertise in emerging retail platforms and technical digital shelf standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or account management, ideally within CPG, Beauty, or Personal Care industries.
  • Retail Platforms: Proven hands‑on experience managing retail accounts. Amazon Vendor/Seller Central experience is required.
  • Proven proficiency running and maintaining a DTC ecommerce site (e.g., Shopify), including site content management, merchandising, and performance tracking.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salsify (PIM) is highly preferred. Experience with a DAM or equivalent enterprise digital asset manager is a strong plus.
  • Strong familiarity with Amazon Search, DSP, and digital shelf analytics tools (e.g., Profitero or Pacvue).
  • Strong organizational habits, leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills
  • Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and common project management software.
  • Experience with AI tools for listing copy and backend search term generation is required.
