You will track website usage data, generate reports for group reviews, and collaborate with internal teams to implement group changes on time.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of benefit plan structures, networks, and eligibility processes.
• Experience with benefits administration systems, data management, or web-based platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systems.
