You will own publishing, asset management, QA, and end-to-end site updates, driving quality and speed while collaborating with design, content, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in web production, digital content operations, or web project management.
• Experience in wealth management, financial services, or another highly regulated industry preferred.
• Strong design eye with understanding of digital imagery, asset management, and file specs.
• Hands-on WordPress experience with page builders, publishing, and troubleshooting.
• HTML/CSS knowledge for minor fixes.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong UX, responsive design, SEO best practices, accessibility, and QA knowledge.

Responsibilities

You will ensure that every web asset—from core corporate sites to specialized professional web builds is polished, compliant, and performs seamlessly, directly influencing the digital footprint and success of an extensive professional network.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and creation of polished web properties, managing regular weekly website transitions and updates.
• Own the day-to-day publishing, updates, and quality control across core corporate websites and resource hubs.
• Provide essential digital design expertise, ensuring proper asset management, including aspect ratios, sizing, and image optimization across all digital channels, bridging the gap between print-focused design and digital execution.
• Maintain overall site hygiene by auditing and fixing broken links, outdated content, formatting issues, SEO metadata, and accessibility standards.
• Manage incoming web requests end-to-end, from initial intake and prioritization through production, rigorous QA, and successful go-live.
• Triage high-volume site updates and transition workflows, setting realistic timelines with internal stakeholders.
• Build comprehensive project schedules and coordinate dependencies across design, content, web engineering, and marketing teams.
• Proactively identify capacity constraints or production risks and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Perform rigorous QA to ensure all web changes meet the highest quality standards across visual appeal, functionality, responsive layout, form behavior, SEO, and accessibility prior to release.
• Maintain structured, repeatable web production and QA processes to significantly improve delivery speed and site accuracy.
• Partner with Digital Experience, Content, and Web Engineering teams to streamline cross-functional workflows and remove bottlenecks.
• Oversee and mentor a web production contractor, assigning tasks, reviewing output, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Serve as the day-to-day operational lead for web production, acting as the first point of contact for issues and coordinating with Web Engineering when technical intervention is needed.

What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications)

• 4–7 years of experience in web production, digital content operations, or web project management. Experience in wealth management, financial services, or another highly regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, government) is strongly preferred.
• A keen creative and design eye with a strong understanding of digital imagery, aspect ratios, file specifications, and digital asset management.
• Hands-on WordPress experience, including proficiency with page builders, content management, publishing, and basic troubleshooting.
• HTML/CSS knowledge for minor fixes is a plus.
• Proven ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent project streams, manage stakeholder expectations, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and web QA.
• High comfort level working with cross-functional, distributed teams, demonstrating effective collaboration and communication in a dynamic environment.
