Title: Web Producer
Location: New York, NY (remote)
Type: Contract

Flexible schedule, about 20-37 hrs/week between hours of 9 AM-5PM EST (M-F)

Our client is seeking a Web Producer who will work as part of a team that builds and manages products that enhance the digital experience of consumers, prospective and current patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and clinical researchers and scientists as part of an integrated and omni-channel marketing and communications program.

The Web Producer is responsible for creation of web pages, forms, and uploading videos and graphics to company websites. The Web Producer partners with content creators to translate their content vision and goals into web pages and project management of their assigned projects.

Key Accountabilities:
Web Production :

• Responsible for HTML production of web pages.
• Creates web pages, forms, and uploads videos and graphics.
• Responds to requests for updates and modifications from content owners.
• Manages the translation and transcreation of assigned web pages.
• Provides leadership and guidance on best practices to content-owners and producers on ways to build out and architect their content.
• Ensures quality of web content structure, HTML, meta data, and relationships.

Project Management :

• Responsible for project management of assigned projects.
• Partners with content owners to define the scope and timelines for production projects.
• Defines and collects assets needed for web pages.
• Communicates with content-owners on status of project and risks to timeline.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree or four years of work-related experience is preferred.
• Four (4) to seven (7) years of experience in Information Systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of technology relevant to specific duties and responsibilities.
• Intermediate experience with HTML.
• Intermediate proficiency in Drupal or other content management systems.
• Intermediate understanding of issue tracking systems.
• Intermediate comfort in both Mac and Windows environments.
• Intermediate understanding of social media sites.
• Beginner project management basics.
• Intermediate / good communication skills.
