Responsibilities:
- We develop, maintain, and troubleshoot custom website functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- We implement and support custom solutions in Shopify, including Liquid templates, theme customization, and integrations.
- We implement and support custom solutions in HubSpot CMS, including HubL-based templates, modules, forms, and related features.
- We support server-side and web systems work, including troubleshooting PHP-based or comparable backend functionality.
- We manage hosting, domains, DNS, and website infrastructure, including platforms such as SiteGround.
- We diagnose and resolve urgent website problems, including login, authentication, and user-access issues.
- We build and maintain web-based product features that support grant-related educational technologies.
- We contribute to mobile app architecture and development for lightweight companion apps or app shells that support web-based tools.
- We support testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing technical refinements for customer-facing digital experiences.
- We collaborate closely with internal staff to turn project goals into workable technical solutions with minimal handoff and cleanup.
Company:
We are 3D Molecular Designs, and we are seeking a Web Platform Developer with Mobile App Support to strengthen our core website systems, support grant-related digital product work, and improve our customer-facing web infrastructure. This is a web-first role, with mobile applications serving mainly as shells for web-based experiences rather than fully native products. We also have an immediate short-term paid contract opportunity to stabilize our current website login and authentication system, and strong performance on that project may lead to a full-time offer. The position is hybrid remote based in Milwaukee, WI 53202, and we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $115,000 per year along with benefits including 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental, health, and vision insurance, HSA, flexible schedule, parental leave, and a retirement plan.
