La Vie en Rose is seeking a dedicated full-time team member in Massachusetts to manage online order processing, pick-and-pack duties, and daily store tasks. You will coordinate with departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment, maintain an organized workspace, and support a dynamic, busy store environment.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work flexible hours, including busy periods and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process product orders placed on the company website under store supervision
• Read and reply to emails from related departments to process online orders
• Identify, pull and prep ordered products; remove tags and ensure quality
• Order missing products, pack and ship orders via the computer system
• Receive and validate products from other stores to complete orders
• Prepare weekly supply orders; keep workspace clean and organized
• Follow head office policies and procedures; support team as needed

What a Typical Workday Looks Like

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for processing product orders placed on the company website. To complete your work efficiently and professionally, you will need to:

• Read and reply to emails from related departments in order to process online orders;
• Identify, pull and prep ordered products—remove hangers, check each item for quality and cleanliness, remove security devices, place protected labels on products that need them and remove sales labels as needed;
• Order missing products and check, pack and ship orders via our computer system (we’ll show you how during your training!);
• Receive and validate products sent by other stores to complete orders;
• Prepare the supply order each week;
• Keep your work area clean and tidy;
• Respect and follow the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support your team.

SALARY : $15.00 - $17.75
