Ladders is seeking a Web Growth & SEO Manager to own the website growth strategy with a focus on performance, search visibility, and conversion across key pages. You will partner with marketing, sales, product, and web development teams to prioritize initiatives that support pipeline and enhance the digital experience in a B2B environment.

The role blends experimentation, technical SEO, and cross-functional coordination to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web strategy and optimization, preferably in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Proven success in experimentation and organic search initiatives.
• Strong technical SEO including crawlability and site architecture.
• Experience with Google Search Console and major SEO platforms.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4 and tag management.
• Hands-on knowledge of GEO and AEO strategies.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for requirement specification.

For our client, we are seeking a Web Growth & SEO Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will own the website growth strategy with a focus on improving performance, search visibility, and conversion across key pages. You will partner closely with marketing, sales, product, and web development teams to prioritize initiatives that support pipeline and improve the overall digital experience. The position combines experimentation, technical SEO, and cross-functional coordination to drive measurable business impact in a B2B environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,000 – $140,000 annually
