Job summary

The Related Group is seeking a Web / Graphic Designer to craft and maintain the company’s digital presence across corporate and development sites. You will create on-brand visuals for launches, ads, emails, and presentations while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and IT to ensure high‑performing, accessible web experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of dual web/graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and working knowledge of HTML/CSS

• 3–5 years of professional experience in web and graphic design.
• Portfolio demonstrating both web and graphic design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress CMS.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain websites, microsites, and landing pages across devices.
• Create digital and print assets: ads, emails, social graphics, brochures, and signage.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT to translate requirements into web experiences.
• Manage CMS content updates and ensure performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Prepare production-ready files for vendors and QA across browsers.

Sitting within the Information Technology team and reporting to the VP of Information Technology, this role bridges design and technology — turning brand and project requirements into polished, high-performing web experiences and graphics.
