Job summary

Do it Best Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a motivated User Experience Intern to support the UX team as they improve digital tools and onboarding experiences for our member stores.

You’ll engage in journey mapping, interface design, and information architecture audits using Figma and Miro, contributing to projects used by thousands of stores. This paid summer internship offers mentoring and potential college credit.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
• Familiar with UX research methods and usability principles.
• Strong visual communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Shadow UX research activities including usability testing and stakeholder interviews.
• Assist with design creation and interface refinements in Figma.
• Organize journey maps and design artifacts in Miro and other tools.
• Analyze navigation and information architecture to suggest improvements.
• Prepare findings for sharing with UX and development teams.
