Job summary

Mittera Creative + Tech is seeking a Web First Press Operator to lead our press team and ensure productivity, quality, and safety goals are met at our Pineville site. This leadership role will guide the work activities of the press crew and directly contribute to maintaining high standards of operation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience with multicolor web presses, strong cross-team communication, and a commitment to training and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a multicolor web press operator preferred.
• Ability to lead and foster growth and development on the team.
• Knowledgeable of press set-up and maintenance procedures.
• Effective communications skills with all levels within the organization.
• Has basic computer skills.
• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and quality, safety oriented.
• The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

The Web First Press Operator is responsible for operating web press machines and will play an essential role in the company. This position is a leadership role and will assist in directing the work activities of the press team members to ensure productivity, quality and safety goals are met.
